Hi Jack, are you serious? Policy is a result of practice, not rules. Rules are for children, there are no children buying DPBM. At least I hope not, or Wilf will fleece their pennies too. Rules shouldn't be stupid. As an observer, I can only conclude that someone is in the bag for DPBE on the IHop message board. That may be from direct pressure, financial pressure, or just needing to feel important? Deny you can, but if it walks and quacks like a duck..... Regards, Richard
