not a member...i will say this, most patients can tell you exactly what's wrong one need only listen- anectdote- 69 y.o. lady came in yesterday said she wanted a script for h.pylori and even wrote the choices, i said sure, wrote the script but asked her to wait til today to start meds so i could get the result of her hpylori test i ordered, it was positive- she had the dx some 6 months earlier and felt it was not gone but then gave a classic refulux (gerd) hx along with it-ordered UGI for today- she prolly has Hiatal hernia as well as reflux besides the hpylori- in which case she will need continued therapy- bottom line is more "docs" need to listen to their patients! so many collegues around my neck of the woods still have that I'm the doctor syndrone and are losing patients simply because of that-
