This is the North East, Hillary country, the region of gangs (Mafia), corruption (Big Dig) etc. Obama along with his team of Axelrod and Plouffe thought that Chicago politics seasoned them. welcome to the Northeast and the overflow of the Northeast style to the Atlantic seaboard which includes DC.
