But Congress's approval rating always seems to be below the President's, no matter what -- prnewswire.com People don't follow Congress much; they seem to just say what they think about the President and put them one notch below the President... watch the trends in that link. Besides, when you go down to the granular issue level, people tend to side with the things that the President seems to oppose -- getting out of Iraq, expansion of S-CHIP, keeping Social Security out of the hands of Wall Street... -Z
