I noticed in the rankings that Cuba was ahead of New Zealand. Apparently because (in addition to believing Cuba's claims about health care) they give 25% of the score for relatively equal results. That part of the score goes DOWN if health care for the poorest improves a little bit, while health care for the wealthy improves a lot.
