Sitka seems to me to be a bit out on a limb. A little toe-dipping is in order, but no full-scale immersion like Sitka's by any stretch of the imagination. IMO.

This is my favorite sentence: "We will stay fully invested until the risk of another significant market decline becomes apparent. LOL!! By the time a decline becomes "apparent", they will have already suffered a substantial loss such as yesterday. Did they sell yesterday? This is Mish's firm and I wouldn't give him a plug nickel to manage.
