It is also true that an evil man is not 100% evil. Hitler was famous for loving his dogs and treating them very well. He was also not totally nuts in his aspirations for German expansion. Bismark had pretty much the same ideas, and nobody called him evil or crazy. But Adolph's grotesque evil overwhelmed historical consideration of his few decent and not so bad traits.
