As Seminole clarified, there are white supremacy groups and others who have committed murder for racial reasons. We can dance on the head of a pin about what "many" means but clearly they are a tiny, fringe minority. But in a country of 300 million, there are likely many thousands of members and sympathizers. I have no doubt that a lot of them would like to kill ethnic minorities given the right pretext. If Seminole had said "most Americans" or "most whites" that would have been a gross distortion. I didn't see his comment that way.
