The rightwing is by nature extremely dishonest. They have to be. Because if people understood that the rightwing really only serves the top .001% richest, nobody wold vote for them. SO instead they obsess on Nazi style smear propaganda and stupid wedge issues which in the past have appealed to some who have been misinformed and misled. But that's not going to work in 2008. Everyone knows who's responsible for $4 gasoline, the recession, the quagmire in Iraq and the decimation of the US middleclass. The Bushie rightwing elite. Rightwing whoppers of the week: that a half black kid who grew up poor is an "elitist" but the white son of an admiral who married a hugely wealthy woman is not.
