"he broke NATO apart" NO..he didn't break NATO apart. The Europeans know that Bush is a "moron" and a "lame duck" and they just finally decided to ignore the guy. Bush hasn't done the U.S. any good, but he hasn't totally destroyed it either. The U.S. still has the most advanced military in the world and the largest economy in the world. Things can change QUICKLY in world geo-politics and world economics. Let's say that the next President of the U.S. does more than just pay "lip service" to alternative fuel sources and actually helps bring forth the technology that ends the world's dependence on OIL... You can't writeoff the U.S. just yet...
