Having differences of opinion in how particular situations should be handled does not mean one is being "overruled". It simply means that everyone gave his advice, and the president made the decision. A competent president will have an array of advisors who give him a diversity of opinions, unfettered. Unlike the previous administration, which was simply loaded with yes-men.
