A difference of opinion then; for me, Georgetown is almost on another planet compared to almost anywhere in NE or SE except a few gentrified enclaves. Georgetown may be close in but if you want to live anywhere over there except a college dorm, having an average DC income probably won't get you there.

Two-bedroom condos start in the $500K's on one site I checked. The top property listed was over $6 million. Poor folks don't live there.
