We did it bassackwards and replaced one corrupt national government that lacked local support with another.

After exhaustive environmental studies, no doubt. Seems like somebody at State should have known.

Whatever happened to the Military making the Military plans? When does State get involved? After the 3-5 month war is won, or do they plan with the Pentagon? How much say does the Military have over State involvement? And how does the CIA fit in?
