$4 billion? LOL! These two-bit con men never learn. Rivera thinks if a big lie sounds good then a bigger lie must sound even better so he doesn't go with $4 million, or $40 million, or even $400 million. Noooooo! He goes with $4 billion. After all, who is going to doubt Rivera when he shows off his shiny new 4-wheeler?! ROTFL!!!
