and arbitration is usually a bad deal for the plaintiff, as the arbitrators are inherently biased against them, because they get hired by the securities firms (so they depend on them for income) and see their attorneys on a regular basis. They only see the plaintiff once.

It may not be a kangaroo court, but the table leans slightly.
