People don't even want to pay tax if the trail gets exposed. Illegal drugs harm people, so why legalize them ??? Plus there're always black markets where no one pays the stupid tax to benefit state police who round them up.

I think it is the trailess paper money that worries the federal government. And it has a ton in easy circulation that can't be SWAPPED with enough foreign paper currencies. Do you think the banks in central and south american countries have enough foreign paper currencies for the SWAP in yesterday, today, or tomorrow ??? .. NO ! they can't meet the number of toilet paper in the market. Think about it ... The drug cartels basically have no way out unless they search for precious metals.

And btw, I think it would be stupid for IMF actually selling their gold to any foreign rogue country.
