Darn! (to include 15 other expletives), Just as I'm getting ready to restore another 175yr+ property. The rug may get ripped out from under me. I never liked 'Wackovia' / First Union, or was it 1st Pennsylvania Bank (my finger to lip staring in the sky?) They're historically the same creepy bank. Their fees were always the highest in the PA vicinity. And up until a few years ago they owned slaves on their books... Think about that. <wink> Thanks for the notice.
