According to the Better Homes garden book, and their national map, we are zone 7.. But that doesn't make much sense as 7 wraps around into the se US where climates are much more moderate..We are at over 5500 feet here..

Sunset's Western Garden Book, which I use the most, we are 2B.. So I don't know..

I live in Seattle so we don't get a lot of snow.

Yesterday, a friend helped me prune the roses in the back yard.
