What collateral damage? That's just wrong... Drunk driving doesn't harm other people If it didn't who the hell would care about it... Not I for sure... Ya wanna kill yourself with whatever... I don't care.. It's easy to drive drunk if one is cautious. I can't dignify that one with a response... :o) Punish making a mistake Problem is the recipients of the mistake... How do you fix that ? M that is just plain stupid. Drive up onto a crowed sidewalk and kill a few pedestrians.. The penalty is they get their protein recycled... fair .. I'm not for banning all that stuff and in fact I'll go further and say here in Canada at least the penalty is not the problem... Enforcement is.. No one thinks THEY will get caught especially when... It's easy to drive drunk if one is cautious. Go slowly, concentrate like crazy. Make damn sure you don't miss that pedestrian... The Black Swan
