"I believe most artists, journalists, and other non-analyticals are liberal."

Based on my experience, I can't say I agree with that. The only journalist I know is a sports writer. There is no way I'd describe him as liberal. Of the musicians I have known, for those with a discernible political orientation, I can't say if there is a heavy bias one way or another. Most of them are apolitical.

"I believe most successful business people are conservative. "

Define "successful". Again, the business people I know tend to be a mixed bag. Currently, the biggest concern of the ones that I know that translates into a political issue is the cost of health insurance. Which isn't a conservative issue.
