Did anyone see the Citron article on Seeking Alpha about Emcore today? Written by none other than Andrew Left himself. Another rehash of their old stories, with a provocative headline claiming Emcore was engaging in fraud with GGE, without providing conclusive evidence to back up his claims, more hearsay and guilt by innuendo. I think Andrew Left may have crossed the line between legal speach and illegal slandering. Emcore might have grounds to sue him after the article today claiming they are engaging in fraud.
