and when formerly poor folks get some money... what is that ? a burgeoning middle class.. that is capitalism.. if.. though we can keep them down and poor and better yet doped up... then they can rejoin the world's poor on their subsistence diet... and keep the other poor alive and food for us fat cats cheap cheap... as to stupid laws I assume you are meaning the ethanol subsidy for one in the US for one ? Yes I agree. This appears to me to be once again a big demographics story... one that should make the baby boom pall by comparison .. The police and army arrive to enforce any laws individuals think they can escape.
