Brazil just keeps looking for oil - why in the world do they do that as the king of ethanol?

Maybe over 100 reasons per barrel on the world market? Just a guess. Why do the Saudis and Kuwaitis produce more than they need domestically?

Bob -

Petrobras is an oil company, run for profit. Like any other oil company, with prices this high, they want to find, pump, and sell more oil.
