The screen on my daughter's cell phone went klaflooie the other day. Kind of hard to use a phone (esp. for texting) if no screen. We didn't want to commit to another 2 year contract to get a new phone, so she went to WalMart, bought a Go Phone (the ATT Version of the throwaway phone you use with a prepaid minute card). Swapped out the SIM card from her phone and bingo! The Go Phone works just fine. All for $20.
