looking for the BEST candidate and not just voting for one party or the other. You don't have a corner on that, bud. Since when have the Democrats fielded an acceptable candidate? Gore? Ted Kennedy? Kerry? Hillary? Obama? Give me a break! The last time I voted for a Democrat was Jimmy Carter, and look what that bought us. Talk about morons. If Gore had been elected, we'd be in a different and bigger mess. He would not have been able to handle 9/11 or Katrina, or any other of the bad stuff that came down on Bush. There's no way I'm ashamed of GWB or of my voting for him. History will vindicate him. I'm just sorry you can't see that. You and the whole Democrat Party are flailing at the wind with the sorry quality of your candidates.
