I thought the story was useful because it gives an example of how politicians privately raise money from sources that they publicly condemn and criticize, thus exposing the hypocrisy that is too often their stock-in-trade.

If you thought it was a smear so be it. However, if it was, it was at least even-handed, since it pointed out that both McCain and Clinton raised more money from the firm than Obama did.

I can live with our holding differing opinions.

I hear it on all the right wing stations down here in Florida.

Two conservative talk show hosts pounding on Obama with the most ridiculous and obnoxious insults.. Last thing at night and starts again at 6 am...

The distortions and innuendos are so gross and out of context of what was really spoken or occurred that I don't see how they are permitted to be uttered other than the owners of these stations promote this kind of
vitriol.. If one does not read original statements or
follow the news accurately I could see how some of what is said would make a very conservative think of assassination...That is how mean it is. If there are millions of listeners Obama does not stand a chance. That boy... that is.
