Mines should not be regulated. I am against it. Too many regulations now.

Let 'em live and breath.

But if you really really want regulation, well then here. Of course whilst these acts do apply, they are not an exhaustive list of the regulations which may apply to running a mining business. We have to remember the niceties of the Business Corporations act, the various acts of the ministry of environment, the tax act, and the occupation health and safety acts all still apply.
