Doesn't Qualcomm's FRAND offer stay on the table indefinitely? I saw nothing in Qualcomm's response that suggested they would, or even could, revoke that offer.

Even if the option to extend the SULA were deemed void, I would think that Nokia can always fall back on a FRAND offer. If so, the discount that Nokia currently enjoys is their only downside risk, other than court mandated (monetary) penalties.
