aj, You are Canadian ? n'est-ce pas ? Then you are supposed to be Cute and Cuddly NOT OBTUSE !! On DD there is almost no real attempt at enforcement. Folks leave bars nightly in no condition to drive... but I guess it's bad for business to be proactive... Ever wonder, just once maybe why basically every year police are amazed that 'folks don't get it' and that intermittent RIDE programs continue to net many folks... ? just once ? And then they increase the penalties for the ones that do get caught... Maybe if cop cars were parked outside of bars instead of Timmys, less idiots would chance it... less innocent folks would get killed and less idiots that do get caught after an accident would have those accidents ruin their own lives... Yes I've seen that picture and if you read more of my posts instead of just arriving and shooting from the lip... you'd understand how outta line that post of yours is... The Black Swan
