Good question. I genuinely don't know, Bob. Haven't thought about it.

Off the top of the head, I would say yes if the practice of industry leaders is to overtly or covertly bargain as a monopoly. I think that has been the case in the past. Don't know about the present. If there were laws against such and they were well enforced, then certainly not.
