Smoking one marijuana cigarette deposits about four times more tar into the lungs than a filtered tobacco cigarette." This is very true. But the anti-cancer properties overcome those unhealthy aspects. The net result is a slightly lower likely hood of a pot smoker to have lung cancer than a total nonsmoker of anything.
