It's quite alarming to hear that 1 in 4 teenage girls have some form of STD. That in itself should be motivation for teenage abstinence.

Unfortunately, that's easy for me to say as a thirtysomething guy whose hormones are no longer bubbling over like a pot of boiling water, but hopefully teenage boys can get the message as well.

Absolutely. No sane person would rely on anything but abstinence and nothing but abstinence in a case like that.

So gee, what is wrong with giving other people the same advice one will follow oneself?
