There are many reasons for teenagers to delay sex. However, reality is that, even in a culture where there are serious social and other penalties for pre-marital sex, it happens.

Teaching abstinence only ignores this fact.

Teen girls know if you let 'em hit the brown hole or give 'em oral, they don't HAVE to use condoms, they're still "vigins" and won't get pregnant. But, they still get the STD's!
