My sense is that Hillary did more damage to herself than Obama when she did this latest criticism of his remarks. He himself said that he was surprised because he suspected she knew what he meant even though it didn't come out "right"..
But who knew that some one in the room had a tape recorder...?

I don't think politicians today, well narrow that down, presidential candidates can take a burp without it being heard all around the world.

At this stage, it seems to me that looking at national numbers are useless because they distort things.

What's important is how the two candidates are doing with the 'typical' democratic voters, i.e. the various democratic constituencies. And how they're doing in blue states and reasonable swing states.
