If God's omniscient, wouldn't he have KNOWN that Lucifer would be seduced by the evil force? You're going into the part of theology that deals with the issue of free will and why God would even allow his own creation to be harmed or corrupted. To answer your questions, though: a) Yes, I believe there are lesser demons. b) Yes, I believe in angels. c) Yes, I believe God created the angels. d) Yes, I do believe God knew Lucifer would fall.
