I didn't listen to it. You know why? I will give you a break. McCain's Proposal or Obama's or Hillary's mean nothing. Are people to say it was clever of either of them? Presidents can propose whatever they like. The senate and Assembly are responsible for passing it. By the time they are done, it will certainly help nobody. Of course there may be a statue for Senator Byrd somewhere in the pork or another shot at a bridge to nowhere. You heard the proposal I take it. What does your talking points say to reply?
