Every other major country aggressively supports clean tech industries with subsidies and mandates. But our Congress and president can't even agree on a requirement for 10 percent of U.S. energy to be from renewable sources

Sam, an interesting factoid I came across this week that shows how behind we are in utilizing solar technology: US use of solar is only SEVEN PERCENT of solar usage worldwide (in 2007).
