That is post that is most difficult to follow and is out to lunch to the best of my ability to understand it. The EPA regulates and enforces the LAW on emissions. I can assure you the inforcement is vigorous and the permitting process strenuous. To infer people pollute at will shows a lack of understanding of the regulation process in the US. It is not a class struggle. It is an example of economic understanding by many. The left has a presumption of wealth. That means to the left wealth is there to be harvested and the amount of harvesting will not matter. Let me ask you this one. Did you feel glee when Enron was forced into bankruptcy? Did you think about the workers? Did you think about the shareholders? How did you feel when Enron collapsed - tell the truth!
