What in the heck do you think the war in Iraq is all about? It's about oil and Cheney's people - at the expense of the taxpayer.

Betterment of mankind is in the eye of the beholder

And reducing pollution is not for the betterment of mankind because.....why?

The oil and gold rushes were pursued for profit using the resources of the rushers. Their choice.

If anyone wants to use his own resources feverishly and hastily to stop GW, have at it. Everyone who is trying to make a buck with alternate energy sources, for example, has my blessing
