We are a nation of laws. I don't get to make up my own legal definitions for crimes in this country and neither do you. Law from other jurisdictions like the UN are irrelevant in this case. Check the Justice department law for the USA to get the facts on which law governs our behavior and what doesn't. Until then your sniping at me is simply more meaningless drivel. Torture or conspiracy to commit torture is against the law. Our law, not UN law, is where you can find the specific criteria that apply. If you don't like the law, we have a due process system for change. Ranting and raving to bolster your hatefilled partisan pettyness has never had a smidgeon of influence on that but it probably makes you feel like a real man and of course you are free to continue as you please.
