I tend to favor states rights and oppose federalization. In this case it costs real Americans real money.

I'm not sure we have to throw the baby out with the bathwater in this case. Not ready to do that until and unless there's no other way. There's evidence that at least some states are coming around. I think a national demonstration project may be enough. If not, then I won't resist federalization.
