If a recognized reporting exchange is the goal for this stock, management needs to find another means to get there than another R/S. A second R/S would need to be on the order of 1:25 or 1:50 when managements holdings of 135 million shares each (I think I read in the SEC filings)are factored into the equation. A split of that magnitude would literally wipe out any remaining holdings of the long time (original) investors who have already suffered a 1:7 R/S. Further dilution would only aggravate the situation and increase the R/S ratio. I applaud the initiatives Marc points they were successful in accomplishing over the past two years. But they need to get costs under control and get sales up (i.e., LACC contracts). Management seems to have erred on the side of preparation for production without any substantial orders. I am not an expert in that field, but I feel that simplistically, a better balance of sales/marketing versus production prep could have been negotiated. It feels sort of like paralysis by analysis in its own way. Especially since they only and finally hired sales people last month.
