Show me the text where they limit the freedom of speech of the ex-pres's. Again, it isn't a freedom of speech issue. It is a matter of a man who was trusted to run the country in a competent manner now taking matters into his own hands and acting like some kind of vigilante, trying to stomp out what he perceives as the bad deeds of the current administration. Newsflash, Mr. Carter: You were thrown out of office because you were incompetent in dealing with the Middle East in the first place. Now, you have the unmitigated gall to act against the advice of the current administration?
