Does anyone remember the SNL skit- Quien es mas macho? That's what this "who loves America most" crap reminds me of. I can't wait for the skit for it. "Well I'd buy America flowers and bring her candy" "Well I'd hug her and kiss her and squeeze her..." "I'd stalk her, and make sure I was always watching her." And since people who claim to "love" things sometimes abuse them, it's probably better to ask "Who would be the best steward?" I don't think I care who claims to wuv America most. I want the best steward who has the best track record handling situations the way I would want them handled. I also want the man or woman who puts the best "face" on our country internationally. I don't care a bit how they fare in the "Luv" sweepstakes. What a silly metric.
