I remember Venezuela doing this to KRY and GRZ. The stocks were crushed and then crushed again. A few weeks later they were back to where they were, but a lot of shares had changed hands. I'm sure Hugo and company got the best of it. Kind of a capitalistic instead of nationalistic confiscation.
