More of our population is involved in Manufacturing / services than resources ... we will have some rearranging to do... Ontario used to bitch about how much money it had to pay out in equalisation payments to other provinces... Apparently it is now on track to become a recipient... Our politics, always regional, is going to get 'different'...

The Black Swan

a large part of that US bound trade will not need to change... as it is energy.. The large manufacturing and service sectors though are a totally different ball game..

explosive growth of China as an industrial power PLUS the gargantuan increase of middle class people in the devloping wrld means a market guranteed for Brazilian goods.

But with a difference: the tiny little economic power houses rode the coat tail of the US.

In the case of Brazil it will be different: We will balloon as much as India Russia will do too.

Do I need to recover the SCALE pitures again?
