Well if that happens I would think that the US dollar Index would have to stabilize or rally a bit in that time frame.....

....maybe higher US interest rates ahead??

Could be. The market will tell us but for Oil to see 60 bucks again, demand from China and India will have to fade fast. I just don't see that happening.
