First time for Gore, second time Bush but it was a toss up both times for me. I thought bush did a good job from 9/11 thru iraq. The iraq war went badly. Then Katrina and the smart white guys becsme doofuses all. I think there are things that bush did that historians will like. But the admin was a flop and the president wasnt strong enough or aware enough to make necessary changes in policy.
