Adults, on the other hand, while they can grasp it, prefer to believe otherwise. I do believe that you have hit the nail on head... Folks outside and pom pom wavers inside Canada tend to look at the resource boom as all that Canada needs for one and secondly they tend to look @ our balanced federal budget and surplus and see economic wizardry.. while in Toronto the public school board has just earmarked a bunch of pools for closure due to lack of funds... Will be interesting when all the birds come home to roost...
