Yes but again you can apply reasonable methods to assess what your opponent may be capable of at the Poker Table, you can play the odds of the cards that are on the table. At the South American Political Table or just about any continent you can find example after example where Gov't enacted policies and or legislation that destroyed industries or was otherwise contrary to good sense. Alberta anyone??? So you know the playing field in Vegas before you lay your money down, Ecuador you won't know even after tomorrows news!! It is a Bummer!! Cheers, Ogi
